About Me

Understanding the people around you does not only make their life easier, it makes your life, your job, and your relationships  better.

DANIE MINNIE

I have been interested in human behaviour and its consequences since childhood, specifically the differences between us. Always curious why certain people are more successful and happier in their playgroups than other individuals. How some people can be in relationships for years and even though there is conflict they still stay together. As I got older my fascination grew as to why some people are just naturally successful and while others hate what they do.

Through the NBI brain profiling I gained significant insight into some of my early life questions. I initially studied teaching with psycology as as a primary subject. Following my studies, I set out on a career in sales with IBM and Lenovo. It is during this time that the awareness of people’s different thinking processes became more prevalent – specifically how it affects our ability to navigate our way through life. Some of these differences could be that with some customers you can start a conversation on family and effectively close a sale, while with others, talking about people relationships did not have the same effect. You could simply hand over your proposal with facts and figures, and the final, foreseeable outcome, and you could walk out with an order.

The combination of my sales experience and becoming a NBI practitioner gave me perfect insight into sales and human behaviour. I can assist individuals understanding them self and others and a sales team to understand each other from top to bottom, but more important to spot the clues as to how to interact with your customer.
